What are your customer service opening hours?

Monday - Friday 8am-4pm. We aim to respond to all weekend enquiries by Sunday evening.

Can I collect orders?

Yes, absolutely, if the order has not already left us. Simply contact us and advise you would like to collect and if it has not already left, we will leave your order safe in our office. We would appreciate if you could contact before you order / immediately after you order to advise us a collection is preferred.

What is your collection address?

Can I see your products in your warehouse?

If you are interested in seeing our products in person please contact us and we will advise if we have stock and if its possible to you.

Is your website secure?

Yes. Our website is secured using an SSL certificate and all information sent between you and us is encrypted for maximum security.

Do you have any discount / promotional codes available?

What are your delivery options and charges?

Standard delivery - Royal Mail tracked 48 hour delivery service - £3.99
Next day courier - Premium next day tracked service - £6.99
Free delivery on all orders over £50.

All orders are despatched same day up to 1pm.

What are your delivery times

Our standard service delivers within 2 working days. Our premium service delivers next working day.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

Royal Mail: If you have missed a delivery and entered leave safe instructions then Royal Mail will put your parcel into the safe place. If no leave safe instructions have been made then your parcel will either be left with a neighbour or taken back to your local sorting office, available for collection the next day. A card will be left if the item is taken back to the sorting office.

DX: If you miss your delivery you can reschedule delivery on your tracking number. Once this has been done DX will attempt delivery again.

Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email or text message that is connected to your order. You can use this tracking number that comes with the order to locate your parcel. This tracking number will send an estimated delivery day and time and offer options to change delivery day and allow to edit leave safe instructions.

What are your delivery locations?

We delivery to all postcode in mainland UK.

When do you dispatch orders?

We dispatch all orders Monday - Friday. We dispatch orders same day up to 9am.

Can I cancel my order?

If your parcel has not yet been dispatched you can cancel your order for a full refund immediately. We are unable to cancel orders if they have already left our warehouse.

Do you part deliver orders?

On occasions where orders have multiple items in, particularly delicate items we may send the order in multiple packages to ensure all items arrive safely.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver selected products to USA, Canada & Australia. Our charges for this deilvery are:

Australia = Royal Mail Tracked 2-11 days: £24

USA = Royal Mail Tracked 2-11 days: £21

Canada = Royal Mail Tracked 2-11 days: £20


Returns & Refunds

Can i return my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their unwanted item and returned items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@darthome.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you offer free returns?

No we do not offer free returns, any shipping costs incurred to return an item is at the customers expense.

What if my item arrives broken?

If your item is broken please email us on sales@darthome.co.uk with a photo as proof of the damage for us to see. Once damage has been confirmed we will either send out a replacement or fully refund your order if the item is out of stock.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
