Terracotta Tagine Pot

Bring the authentic flavours of Morocco to your kitchen with this traditional terracotta tagine pot! The roomy 29cm pot and lid are perfect for slow-cooking delicacies like couscous, stews, and roasts - allowing you to enjoy all the exotic flavours of Morocco at home.

Please note: Must be seasoned before cooking with it, to avoid flavours of clay while simultaneously protecting and sealing the dish.

To season, soak the new dish in water for a couple of hours, drying it, brushing it with olive oil (lid included), and baking it for a few hours at 150°C. After a couple of hours, turn off the heat and leave to cool down in the oven. Take out and brush the interior again with olive and leave to soak for approx an hour.
